The Ninth Wonder Of The World

chyna Hearing that former WWE/WWF Superstar, Chyna, aka “The Ninth Wonder Of The World” had passed away, I was terribly saddened. During my teen years I was a major fan of hers. Chyna was such a spectacular athlete, and a captivating performer. During the “Attitude Era” of the WWE/WWF, Chyna was one of the biggest stars of the game.

Watching her evolve from one of the first female enforcers, to an industry pioneer was an incredible thing to witness.

Chyna changed the rules for female wrestlers, and she broke ground in so many unique ways. Chyna was the only woman in WWE/WWF history to be a participant in the Royal Rumble, and the King Of The Ring. She’s the only woman that has held the Intercontinental Championship more than once. And not only was she a Women’s Champion, but she also was a contender for the then WWF Championship.

Chyna kicked ass in all directions throughout her career with the WWE/WWF.

I just wanted to drop a few lines for her in tribute. Rest in peace to a true badass, game changer, a revolutionary athlete. Rest easy, Chyna Doll.

Cheers, homies.

I was saddened by her death too. I loved her! She was one of the few female wrestler who actually wrestled and was not eye candy or known for only her sex appeal. I hated how she was treated in the WWE/WWF post her partnership with Eddie G. RIP.

    • Gurl, didn’t they do her dirty?! She deserved better.

I am still disgusted by how they and Triple H treated her! It’s even more heartbreaking when you learned what she went through. She had to find out her ex is banging the daughter of the boss. As if him hooking up and marrying Stephanie did not effect him getting those championship belts! I used to watch in the 90s up until around 2001. I LOVED her. I loved the Mamacita/Eddie G era! Most of the Divas/Female Wrestlers, let’s keep it real, were arm candy. None of them wrestled. Chyna and Jazz wrestled. And she wrestled men and women! The men were scared of her! But Vince didn’t give a crap–he was content with those “Bra and Panties” misogynist matches. Man I was mad when she left but understood why.

      • She was such an amazing performer. I’ve always heard that she had a pretty rough life. Triple H is such an asshole! I’m pissed that WWE before her passing has tried to erase her from the history books.
